Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Arlith Technologies ("we", "us") for the use of Inboxsteer. By using Inboxsteer you accept them. If you use it for a business, you accept them on its behalf.
1. What Inboxsteer does
Inboxsteer is an assistant that works on your Gmail mailbox at your request: it searches, summarizes, organizes and drafts replies. It shows you what it will change and waits for your confirmation; it only moves email to Trash (never deletes permanently); and it sends nothing until you have reviewed and confirmed it.
2. Your responsibilities
- Review what the assistant proposes before you confirm it. AI can misunderstand a request or make mistakes; drafts may be incomplete or wrong, and you are responsible for what you approve and send.
- Use Inboxsteer only for mailboxes you are allowed to manage, and follow the law, including Canada's anti-spam law (CASL), when sending email.
- Keep your devices and access code secure. Your access code is for your own mailboxes; sharing it with others is not allowed and may be refused.
- Do not use Inboxsteer to harm others, to send spam, or to try to break or overload the service.
3. Free month, subscriptions and billing
- New customers get a free month without a credit card. After it, continuing needs a paid subscription.
- Subscriptions are billed per mailbox, monthly or yearly, in advance, through our payment processor (Stripe). Prices are on our website, in Canadian dollars, plus applicable taxes.
- You can cancel at any time; the subscription then ends at the end of the period already paid, and it is not refunded except where the law requires.
- Each plan includes a fair amount of AI use for normal business email. If usage is far above normal, we may contact you or apply a limit.
4. Privacy
How we handle data, including Google user data, is described in our Privacy Policy, which is part of these terms.
5. Availability and changes
Inboxsteer is in an early pilot. We work to keep it running but do not promise it will always be available or free of errors. We may change or improve features; we will tell you about significant changes and give notice before any price change.
6. Liability
To the extent the law allows, Inboxsteer is provided "as is", and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost data or lost profits, or for actions you confirmed. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be limited.
7. Ending
You can stop using Inboxsteer at any time. We may suspend or end access for a serious breach of these terms, after notice where reasonable.
8. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
